• Gently set to a smooth, creamy, spreadable texture. 

• Mainly made from our spring honey (oilseed rape blossom and early hedgerow flowers), which is pale, delicate and velvety. 

• When the spring honey runs out, we make it from our summer honey instead, so colour and flavour can vary a little from batch to batch and remains a wonderful taste.

• Our Favourite - spread generously over hot buttered toast, morning crumpets, or freshly made bread.

• Our classic clear golden honey, made from the flowers around our hives in Warton and surrounding North Warwickshire. Light, smooth and gently floral.

• Lovely on porridge, stirred into tea, or straight from the spoon. Fantastic used in cakes and cooking.

• Small jars of our local, small-batch honey make lovely, natural wedding favours, with a thank you to match the day.

• We can supply small jars (sizes and pricing depend on order size) of our Runny honey. We're a small hobby apiary so favour orders depend on what honey we have available at teh time, which varies by season.
